Collaboration Memorandum of Understanding

This Memorandum of Understanding sets out the terms and conditions between two nonprofit arts organizations that have come together to jointly present an event or activity.

This toolkit is designed to support the formative stages of building a collaboration between two organizations, and it can be used to guide conversations when initially exploring a partnership.
